Brock Garis

Brock joined Allied after 15+ years working in the septic industry. Brock is a licensed Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO), a PSMA certified septic inspector, and has over a decade of experience performing septic inspections, hydraulic load tests, system locating, repairs and consultations. If you have questions about a septic system, he’s your guy!

Bob Quirk

Bob received his formal training through AHIT and completed extensive field training including more than 100 supervised inspections.  Bob is member of International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and has successfully completed the National Home Inspector Exam. He is also a DEP certified radon tester. Bob was a union finish carpenter for 30+ years prior to joining Allied as a full time inspector.

Dustin Kapustiak

Dustin has received his formal training through the AHIT school and extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections. He is a full member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Dustin is an avid mountain biker that has traveled the country competing in professional races.

Frank Talarico

Frank has been working as a lineman for a national telecommunications company for the last 20+ years. He has received his formal inspection training through AHIT and the ASHI school. Frank has completed extensive field training that includes over 100 supervised inspections, is a former member of American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and current member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Frank is also a DEP certified radon tester.

Greg Moore

Greg received his formal training through the AHIT Home Inspection Course, and after extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections and successful completion of the National  Home Inspector Exam, Greg attained membership in American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Additionally, he is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual and a PSMA Certified Septic Inspector. Greg holds a bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix.

Jerry Serensits

Jerry has been working for a local borough authority for the last ten+ years. He has received his formal inspection training through AHIT and the ASHI school.  Jerry also completed his extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections, successfully completed the National Home Inspector Exam, and is a full member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).  Additionally, is also a DEP certified radon tester and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kutztown University.

Justin Collins

Justin has received his formal training through the AHIT Home Inspection Course and completed his extensive field training requirement,consisting of a minimum or 100 supervised inspections. Prior to joining the Allied team Justin spent 6+ years as a project coordinator for a local land trust committee where he oversaw the acquisition, construction and resale of properties with an annual budget of $3,000,000. Justin also holds a Bachelors Degree from Temple University.

Matt Engler

Matt received his formal training from the Kaplan Professional Schools Enhanced Home Inspection Course in Manassas, Virginia. After extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam , Matt attained full Member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®. Additionally, he is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual and a PSMA Certified Septic Inspector. Matt hold a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.

Ryan Lingold

Ryan received his formal training through courses such as Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Course and extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections. With his successful completion of the NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector Exam, Ryan attained full Member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®. Additionally, he is a PA State certified Radon Testing Individual and PSMA certified Septic Inspector.

Tony Spagnola

Tony completed his formal training through the AHIT school, and after extensive field training that included over 100 supervised inspections and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam, Tony became a full member in International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Tony is also a DEP certified radon tester.  Prior to joining Allied Tony spent some time in the Solar Energy business and as blind/shade repairman.

Fred Durham

RETIRED

Fred has been with Allied Inspection Services, Inc since 2000. He received his formal training from the Professional Home Inspectors Institute in Falls Church, Virginia. After extensive field training and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam, Fred attained full member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®. Additionally,  he is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual, a PSMA Certified Septic Inspector and an ESA Certified Mold Assessor. Fred holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College.

Randy Kull

RETIRED

Randy primarily works Schuylkill & Berks Counties. He has received his formal training through The Professional Home Inspection Institute. Randy then completed extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections, successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam , and attained full Member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI). He is a state certified Radon Testing Individual. Prior to his building inspection career, he worked as a contractor, truss fabricator and other construction jobs before working in the lab of a local aluminium manufacturing plant.
