Brock Garis

Septic Division Manager –

Brock joined Allied in 2015 after 15+ years working in the septic industry. Brock is a licensed Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO), a PSMA certified septic inspector, and has over a decade of experience performing septic inspections, hydraulic load tests, system locating, repairs and consultations. If you have questions about a septic system, he’s your guy!

Tony Van Sant, CMI

Carbon, Lehigh, Northampton, Schuylkill, & Berks Counties –
Prior to joining Allied in 2018, Tony gained experience in solar energy, window treatment repair and the commercial plumbing industries. Through his diverse background, he acquired OSHA-certified safety training, fire safety training, and construction knowledge. Tony completed his formal training through the AHIT school, and after extensive field training that included over 100 supervised inspections and successful completion of the National Home Inspector Exam, Tony became a full member of the International Association of Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Tony is also a good-standing member of the Exterior Design Institute (EDI). After over 1000 inspections as a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) and continued education, Tony reached the level of Certified Master Inspector (CMI). Tony is mold certified with the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). He is also a DEP & IAC2 certified radon tester. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife and son. His hobbies include fine furniture craftsmanship, playing the piano and skiing.

Matt Engler

Between getting on the podium at Spartan Races and being behind the podium teaching, he’s always leading by example.  Matt received his formal training from the Kaplan Professional Schools Enhanced Home Inspection Course in Manassas, Virginia. After extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections and completing the National Home Inspector Exam, Matt initially attained full Member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®. Matt is currently a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.  He has completed Thousands of inspections since first climbing on a roof back in December 2004!  Additionally, he is a PA State Certified Radon Testing Individual and a PSMA Certified Septic Inspector. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University.  When not climbing a roof or racing up and down mountains, you might catch him and his family camping in the beautiful PA state parks.  You may even catch him in a social media video from time to time😉

Ryan Lingold, CMI

Ryan splits his time inspecting homes, commercial buildings, assisting Brock with septic inspections or assisting Viper Pest with WDI’s. Ryan received his formal training through courses such as Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Course and extensive field training including over 100 supervised inspections. With his successful completion of the NAHI Certified Real Estate Inspector Exam, Ryan attained full Member status in the National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHI)®. Additionally, he is a PA State certified Radon Testing Individual and PSMA certified Septic Inspector.
